With over two decades of experience in business operations and organizational leadership, Monique combines corporate discipline with creative innovation to help clients move from vision to implementation, transforming ideas into sustainable, scalable, and purpose-driven enterprises.
Monique’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, faith, and empowerment. Recognized as a “Business Bestie” to many of her clients, she takes a hands-on, relational approach—walking alongside professionals and organizations to bring clarity, confidence, and consistency to their business journey. Drawing from personal resilience, early mentorship from her late mother Angela Thickin, and a deep passion for helping others avoid unnecessary mistakes, Monique has built Moni Management into a company that stands for excellence, empathy, and execution
